Board of Directors

York Care Centre Inc., Centre for Innovation and Research in Aging Inc. (CIRA), and York Developments Inc.

The York Care Centre Board of Directors is made up of up to 15 volunteer members. The directors’ experience includes private business, legal services, financial expertise, former senior government leaders, research, risk, and a number of additional skill sets.

The board focuses on governance – providing oversight of York Care Centre, the Centre for Innovation and Research in Aging (CIRA), and York Developments Inc.
