York Care Centre is pleased to offer independent living for the aging community to continue to live healthy and happy lives while in a secure and affordable apartment living.
Qualifications for Affordable Housing for Seniors:
– APPLICANTS must be able to live independently.
– APPLICANTS must be 55 years of age or over; with a special exception for a person 50 years of age and retired from the workforce due to a disability as defined by the Canada Pension Plan.
– APPLICANTS gross annual income limit cannot be more than $40,000 per year.
– APPLICANTS must be residents of Canada.

– Parking spot for tenant’s own vehicle

– Close proximity to York Care Centre (tenants can access haircare, dental suite, Dave’s Café, attend entertainment, church service, become an active volunteer).
– Pets may be allowed under very strict guidelines
