Since 2007, York Care Foundation has been creating opportunities to give, supporting excellence in long-term care and enhancing the quality of life for every resident at York Care Centre.
Board of Directors
The York Care Foundation board of directors is made up of volunteers who work together to deliver fund-raising activities on behalf of residents, clients, families, and staff of York Care Centre. The Board works with professional staff to ensure a strong governance model, stewardship and accountability.
Memory Care Campaign
We’re proud to share that the York Care Centre Tower 2 Memory Care Campaign at York Care Centre has officially concluded, exceeding its goal!
Thanks to the generosity of resident families, staff, community donors, and the leadership support of the JT Clark Family Foundation, more than $220,000 was raised to help transform Tower 2 into a more calming, home‑like environment for residents living with dementia.
