Participants Wanted!

York Care Centre has been working with the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) to help improve care for our residents by sharing best practices for urinary tract infection (UTI) care and prevention. As part of the PHAC research project to see if this education is useful in supporting our residents, PHAC is running focus groups with family and friends in early December to hear your experiences and opinions about the UTI education sessions, emailed resources, and posters around our home. Focus groups will be online (with an option to call in from your phone) and take about 60-90 minutes.

If you are interested in sharing your thoughts in a group of 4-6 other family/ friends of residents in long-term care homes across Canada, please share your contact information by following this link or scanning the QR code: https://form-formulaire.phac-aspc.gc.ca/index.php/951447
