York Care Centre is pleased to offer independent living for the aging community to continue to live healthy and happy lives while in a secure and affordable apartment living.
Qualifications for Affordable Housing for Seniors:
- APPLICANTS must be able to live independently.
- APPLICANTS must be 55 years of age or over; with a special exception for a person 50 years of age and retired from the workforce due to a disability as defined by the Canada Pension Plan.
- APPLICANTS gross annual income limit cannot be more than $40,000 per year.
- APPLICANTS must be residents of Canada.
